2008 SIGLO Asset Management is founded by Didier Tosi.
2014 The company’s name is changed to Loucor Solutions and its hedge fund advisory activities are transferred to SIGLO Capital Advisors.
2016 Didier Tosi sells his stake in SIGLO Capital Advisors after the company had reached assets of almost USD 2bn. The hedge fund and co-investment activities are spun out back to Loucor Solutions.
2017 Loucor Private Alternatives Fund project is started.
2017 A research JV with Alprime Capital AG a FINMA regulated, Zurich based asset manager led by Ivo Winistörfer is brought to life.
2020 The Loucor Private Alternatives venture is run in cooperation with Alprime Capital.
2023 JV with KI Capital GmbH and hedge funds expert Kostas Iordanidis is formalized
